RAFFI MALIAN

Raffi Malian was born on 20 August 1968, in Beirut, Lebanon. He received his primary education the Roupinian School and completed his secondary education at the Sahaguian-Levon Meguerditchian College. He was a member of the Homenmen’s Central Committee for eight years. Since 2011, he has served as the Chairman of Homenmen Beirut. On March 11, 2018, he was awarded the "Knight of Cilicia" Medal by His Holiness Aram I, the Catholicos of the Great House of Cilicia, in recognition of his contributions to the national cause and charitable activities. His Holiness Aram I read the Papal Encyclical on this occasion. Raffi Malian and Tamara Tossounian have three children: Sarkis, Kevork, and Tiana. In 2014, the Malian brothers presented to readers the revised book of Hagop Boghossian’s “General History of Hadjin.”
