One more long-lasting dream of the worldwide Armenians and natives of Hadjin had come to exist - the History Museum of Cilician Armenians, founded in 1978. It is located inside the Memorial to the martyrs of the heroic self-defense of Cilician Hadjin of 1920. The Museum collection comprises 2202 museum items, including antique books, unique coins, valuable documents, memoirs, exclusive photographs, household and ethnographic objects from Hadjin. Most of the Museum items are the donations of the descendants of Hadjin natives, who are the silent witnesses of the history, lifestyle, and heroic struggle of Hadjin in 1920. Inside the Museum, the relics of the martyrs of the heroic self-defense of Hadjin are enshrined. Since 23 April 2021, with the benevolence of the Arslanyan family, the descendants of Hadjin natives, the Museum has offered its visitors a new permanent exhibition with modern design solutions and updated content. It is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the 8-month heroic events of Cilician Hadjin in 1920. Lusine Matevosyan developed the interior design concept of the Museum, while Hayk Demoyan, Doctor of Sciences in History, authored the scientific concept of the new exhibition
